The spectacular towel art created by our housekeeper each day brought us joy. Participating in beach games, especially with the friendly animation team, genuinely enhanced our family experience.

The cleanliness throughout the facility was commendable.

During my stay, I was disappointed with the service. The staff appeared indifferent, and despite my requests for assistance, the responses were slow and unhelpful. the dining options left much to be desired.

Recommend it for families

The hotel was always spotless there was a guy cleaning our room who made towel animals for my son and it really made our day every time we came back to the room. The food at the buffets changed themes every night which kept things interesting and my son even found food he loved every time.

It wasn’t cheap but I’d still say it was worth what we paid.

Enjoyable Family Escape with Excellent Waterpark

Had a fantastic family stay! The spacious rooms were clean, providing a comfortable retreat. My son loved the waterpark with its thrilling slides. Tipping the staff made a noticeable difference in service. Tip, Use water shoes for the hot ground! a memorable family vacation await!

We were blown away by the cleanliness and the helpful staff! The food variety was fantastic with great options for everyone. Special thanks to the pizza chef, Mr Ibrahim, and the attentive lifeguards who were always watchful. The location in the Coral Sea was stunning too.

Everything was just perfect.

We stayed in a Kids Den Room, which was cool because it had a separate area for the kids, giving us some privacy. The decor was playful and fun. It was pretty clean, and the staff always made sure we had what we needed. A nice garden view added some charm. Only downside was that the choice for the kids was kinda limited at times. But overall, it suited our family needs just fine.

My son and I had such a blast! The animation team was super friendly, always getting the kids involved in games. Loved the in-room breakfast option. it was such a nice treat to start the day with fresh pastries. One hiccup was that the evening entertainment could have been better. It felt a bit basic after a few nights.

Great pools and activities for kids, but sunbeds were hard to find at peak times.
